We intend to extend the existing contract with Miss a spot for on-request cleaning services for show homes, marketing suites and sales offices until March 2022. The initial contract was sub-threshold and continuation of work being required will potentially increase the overall value to over the threshold. The contract will be extended to ensure continuity of this critical services during the current coronavirus Covid -19 outbreak. Given that this requirement is essential, Hyde must ensure continuation of the cleaning services. Due to logistical difficulties and limited resource caused by Covid-19, Hyde made a decision to postpone re-tendering of these services. The contract will be for one year until March 2022. The anticipated spend will be up to £140k p.a. depending on demand.
