Essex County Council is looking to replace and upgrade the current Self-Serve (RFID) solution in place across the full. This will be in line with a strategic view on future technology and use within libraries.
We are asking the Market for information on what they currently provide to their customers with respect Library Self-serve (RFID) machines units.
Responses should be submitted no later than 20th December 2019. Those who provide evidence that they can meet our mandatory requirements will be invited to demonstrate / display to members of the Customer Services function. Meetings will be arranged with interested parties during week commencing 20th January 2020. Equipment able to work standalone until LMS connection, have suitable data security protocols, to connect to external selected websites.
